When birds are nesting or roosting you need a bird control product that provides total exclusion.  Bird Net can do this, but it is not always a viable option to net an entire area off.  Bird Shock, a humane electric track bird deterrent, is another option, but if it is an area that people access regularly it may not be an ideal choice as a bird control product either.

Enter the BirdSlide.  This humane bird deterrent is effective at completely excluding all bird species from angle irons, I-beams, and any “L” shaped ledges.  It can also be installed under eaves to prevent swallows from building their mud nests.  This makes BirdSlide a great choice for parking garages with ledges, warehouse where birds are roosting to prevent them from landing on the rafter ledges, multi-story buildings with ledges, homes that have decorative ledges and more. While BirdSlide comes in two standard colors – grey and beige – it can be painted to match your building so it will blend seamlessly into the structure and look like it is a planned part of the architecture.

When BirdSlide is installed, it creates an angle that does not allow the birds to get a grip on it and they ‘slide’ right off.  It protects the area from birds nesting, roosting or even loafing about, providing complete bird exclusion.

 

BirdSlide is easy to install. Most maintenance teams are fully capable of installing the product correctly, although we have the ability to refer a professional installer as well. The flat edge of Bird Slide can be glued to most substrates with a special bird bond.  For narrower ledges the edge can be trimmed to fit and there are extensions available for deeper ledges.  Bird Slide is a very discreet repeller, designed to disappear into the background while protecting your building from problem birds.  This humane, durable bird control product will last for years and offers an easy solution to your pest bird issue.
